- You will need to bring your reference number and documentation to the registration at the Greater Naples Fire Rescue District location provided at the date and time provided. If you do not bring this information, you will not be eligible for the toy program.

- Can I apply for my friend?

- I have children over 14, why can't I add them?
- The toy program is only for children who will be 14 years old or younger on December 25th.

- What if I do not have the required documents?
- Unfortunately, to be eligible for the toy program, you must have the documents required. If you have documentation which meets the requirements, but is not listed on the online application, you will need to complete an application in person during the registration.

- What are acceptable proofs of age, address, or guardianship?
- For child's proof of age, only a birth certificate will be accepted. For proof of address, a government ID with your current address, or a piece of mail. For proof of guardianship, only court documentation will be accepted.

- When do I pick up my gifts?
- You must register at the Greater Naples Fire Rescue District during the registration time. You will then receive a specific date and time to pick up your gifts. It will be sometime in December.

- What should I do if I cannot complete the application online?
- No problem, just bring your documentation including your identification, proof of address in Naples or Marco Island, and birth certificates for each of your children. Please note that you may only register children that you are the parent of.
